HELP ME !!! .. PES 2018 PC version Not Working.

Hello Dears.
I am really confused I have a good Sony Vaio Laptop Cant make PES 2018 PC version works.
Please help me to solve this problem.
I tried all the blogs and youtube concerning this problem couldn't secceed.
