How do you draft players in national squad ?

Hi everyone,
It has been some time since I last posted. Well I am glad to be back. I have been playing PES for quite some time and until today I still stumped on national team player selection under the Master League. Before a friendly game I am asked to select the players. There is always 23 players for the selection.. Whether we select or not, these 23 players will always be available during the actual game. My question is how do I draft new players to replace the 23 players available for selection. Eg.as England Team Manager I wish to add some unknown English players to the England Team. Is there a way to perform this under the master league?

There are dates in calender named National Team selection, where you pick your 23 squad when you manage a National team
