zyg, the optionfile that you redid for jonboyo's patch, is that one more complete than kezz's? for standalone seeing as how i haven't been able to patch either, i was wondering which option file was considered the most complete standalone thanks

i'm sure there is. i haven't looked really hard just because i prefer word of mouth as recommendation. however the first searches simply show places that you can buy the chip, they don't offer installation

because some people have been able to get patches to work without a chipped ps2. using slide card and magic swap discs like i have.... eg. jag

but i think the image bin is too large for slide card + swap magic cd's my ps2 isn't chipped

what does changing the system.cnf actually do??? i also could not open the file in notepad, so i just left it as it was and changed the .98 to .97 of course i've never got mine to work....

well point me in the direction of that ripkit please. i have yet to find one that ended up that size.... although i can never really tell what the size is. CDMAGE will give you a much smaller read. under 74 minutes, when the bin file says its 720MB....

definately. you don't have to worry about it if you don't try and transfer more points than you have. that eliminatees all risk. take your time. you don't have to move up right away. and ties are the key in your first season. it's tough to score with the "bumfucks" so concentrate on...

yea, but after my first season with all the default players, and a punishing 7th place finish in D2, i had accumulated 13,000 pts. and could easily afford to sign larsson, but like i said, Henry would never go to preston north end, no matter if they paid him more than arsenal currently does...

well i totally disagree..... i suppose we just have different ideas of how the ML should be played. nothing wrong with that. i just don't see it as a challenge. you are pretty much "giving" yourself the most talented club in football from the start..... it seems you are in a bit of denial...
