    Is there any way to make the goalie drop the the ball and kick it out from the ground, like you see in games so that they can get out of the area and get more distance to the kick? Dyl

    Penalties

    I just hold down on the left stick(pull it towards me) and tap square and it seems to just roll in. You can also aim to the left or right but I've found if you go down the middle it goes in about 9 times out of ten. Dyl

    Where is the"d-pad controls confusion" thread then. I've come to pes as I think it's getting close to my favourite evr footy game ISS 64. The after touch on this was really good as you had to let go of the stick and then add swerve in the direction you want to it was quite tricky to master but...
