You can make it yourself, it's just a normal kit model I think, I'll have a go at making one tomorrow and i'll release it for you if it's any good.

It would be quite simple to make that kind of kit and put it in game. Read some tutorials and try for yourself first :)

I don't know if it works with WE9 but i'm pretty sure it comes with its iwn kitserver. Search for it on here, it tells you what comes with it and how to install it.

Oh ok. I think what you need to do is first backup both the 0_text.afs and e_text.afs files then get Game Graphic Studio. I don't think theres another way to do it without overwriting the default balls. Have you tried another version of kitserver/ballserver?

What you have to do is make a new folder with the name of the stadium in the /GDB/stadiums folder. There should be folders named 1_day_fine and so on. Then when you get the kit selection screen ingame you press 0 to choose the stadium I think. Thats all there is to it :)

I agree with Kirby, you should try it out for yourslef first. If you can't do it then I guess asking someone to do it for you would be the only option. What is the team by the way?
