Replacing the league icons

hi would like to replace league icons such as the UK league icon in PES5

im following this guide for pes4 by ajay:

1) where can i get the league icons?
2) what file do i need to insert them for pes5(since files are different in pes4)?

You can get them from google. Just google FA Premier League on google images.
Then you need to open it in a picture editing prgram such as Photoshop and resize it. PM, I have 3 sizes of icons all you need to do is copy them. They are the old ones though, not the Barclaycard ones.

Once you do that you can replace the icons in these files with GGS
