You can't - due to licensing restrictions. Hopefully, this will change for PES 2013.

It wasn't a gameplay patch, so it must be you... I certainly don't see any differences, apart from the updated rosters, new kits, etc. Still, it's always weird when people talk about this, after DLC is put out there.

Maybe it only uses the high-vis ball for night matches? Maybe there's a little bit of realism there?
