Konami have dropped it. PES 2017 which I have, doesn't have it. So it must have stopped after 2016 version. They've now replaced it with "Paste strip" or something like that. Problem is, it only imports the COMPLETE KIT. So you'll need to use an option file, or create your own kit with PESMASTER...

In my opinion I don't think stats have much if any, effect on the way the game plays. I wouldn't bother about them if I were you. I reckon they're just for show.

There are a few free RAR file unzippers available. I use 7zip. After installing it, you just right click and choose where you want to unzip the downloaded RAR file to. Then when done, just open the resulting folder as normal.
