I don't know if this has already been mentioned or whatever, but there seems to be a sponsor editor. You can at least add shapes and text onto the front of your shirt and move it where you want to. Not too sure off all the options but looks like you can add what you want...

Its pretty simple to navigate. There's alot of moves and guides though and I can't understand most of them. But if you're used to previous games, you'll be ok :)

Penalties are just like PES3/WE7. Just more animations. Still haven't really had a decent shot. Going to lower the difficulty.
