Shopto. I pre ordered when it was at 40 and looks like prices have gone up a bit. I'd rather spend the bit extra to get it earlier though and Shopto are usually your best bet to get it early online. Amazon are selling for 35 but you'd be lucky to get it before the 20th with the free standard...
