Impossible. It reads MAX files aswell as XPS files, EU/PAL version. The PES Editor won't read US NTSC files.

You're welcome, friend. To change players in classic teams using my option file you have to open it with D4v0r's editor and then uncheck the "Safe Mode" (upper right in the editor's window).
