Well what is the different then between an option file or a patch? Is there a patch made for PES2009? Is there a tutorial for the memory transferkit?

So I'm thinking totally wrong? The only way to get a option file on your 360 is with a xport/xsata or memory transferkit? I thought I could change the orginal .iso file of pes2009 to add an option file in it with GGS.

You can select other teams if you play Champions League, so you can just chose teams out different competitions, or are these teams not even in the game?
