So it's not happening on any other games? What it could be depending on your sound sytem is the output sound mode.. try changing it from surround to stereo that was quite often a problem previous editions on the PC at least

People will have different answers here But for me pes 2012 did lag ,and pretty badly, (unless I was always unluckily playing the "lag cheats") i never play 2013 for that reason, so I don't know about that
