LOL, the only league I have ever edit was English League. It's easier than Bundesliga because players/teams/formation etc etc are already there so yeah Bundesliga takes ages to make.

You know what I wish was in PES: Except one blank league with 18 teams, why not give us like 4 blank leagues with 20 teams in them each? That way, the option files wizards will make us 4 extra leagues! But how hard and time consuming would that be lol

To be honest, from playing FIFA10 (The full game) and PES2010 Demo, it seems to me that FIFA are the ones that are stuggling. The game is worse then last year. FIFA09 was a much better game. I could rate FIFA09 around 9/10, but FIFA10 would have to be 8/10 for me. PES have evolved this year...

It's all about opinion. I think PS3 is best for playing PES. Others think PC or XBOX360 is better for playing PES. It's just opinion, there's no right or wrong answer. This is like the good ole PS3 vs XBOX arguement. It's just what you prefer. :)
