Actually WE7 doesn't have a full list of top european clubs licensed. there are less licenses than PES3. WE7 has a total of 4 licensed club teams (Roma, Lazio, AC Milan and Parma) and 2 Internationals (S Korea and Japan). PES3 has an extra 2 more licensed teams: Feyenoord and Juventus...

nope ive just checked again, you can't unlock the all star team in the PES Shop. you can only unlock those i listed above.
