You don't need that fast a connection for smooth gameplay. In previous years when i've had a 3mb connection I've never had problems. Oh, and upload is more important.

Just because you have 60mb down speed doesn't mean that you won't face lag in PES if you've got high ping jitter or packet loss on your line, while you can have a slow connection with low ping etc what will perform better.
