The evo web option file for pes5 came out the same day i am sure, which included pretty much everything you mentioned, but you are quite right, you should be able to import kits, transfers etc. indvidually from another option file of the same game and not only previous versions.

I am not sure why you would want to duplicate work already done, I am using the KM option file which as all the logos already on it, maybe an idea would be to start with one of the option files and modify or even recreate the logos where you can do better.

It is the screen that lists all the text, logos and their colours, from there you can select each kit by using L2 and R2 (there is a pic of the kit on the right) from there enter each item that you want to change to the appropriate colour. I did it last night and have a quite a good replica...

Have you looked in the patchiing section mulla, there is loads on this, trying patching with the latest version and you will not have the problem, may need to change your option file as well though!
