First of all you have to transfer your songs into PS3 via USB drive. Then start the game and go to the options: I don't remember perfectly where it is, but there must be an option regarding game soundtrack. Clicking on it you'll find a song list with the possibility to add or remove songs.

As far as I know there's no way to prevent those changes: they have to occur because that's the way Konami works. Maybe if you export all the national teams (already changed, of course) and then import back in the game after the implementation of DLC, you should be able to have corrected NT...
