I think people make their created players better than they normally would because they're going to buy them in the game. If they don't make them particularly good then there's no use for them, sort of. That's probably what accounts for 90% of the created players being overrated.

8 hours a day? I think "play PES2 all the time" must be a literal meaning, then. I suppose if there's quite a few of them, and they do a lot of playtesting, then perhaps.
