i dont want to sound like a dick ,but read ure post again... they bought the game .thats why they havent had problems ,, the only reason i buy games for pc is when i want to play online because its more hasstle than its worth trying to get online with a pirated copy

why does the game lower my music volume when i start a game online, then back to normal when im in the game lobby.. is there an option or someway how to fix this?

yes im sick blood... ive tried to go online with a dodgy copy of pes before and got exact same errors what i was saying you think asking for help on konami forums will get you anywhere,,the first thing people will ask you is the game a legit version
