That's exactly what happens to me.

When you've loaded up the game, press Crtl, Alt, Del and click processes. Find fm.exe right click that and then go down to priority and set it to high. DO NOT put it on realtime that'll make your PC go crazy. If you do put it on High Priority, make sure you don't have any other...
