Again, Konami is directing their dev resources towards their PS4 and XBox 1 versions. For example, I hear they're adding more stadiums later but only for the next gen versions. Pretty simple: if you want the complete package, upgrade your system, it's like everything else these days.

But also making YOUR players play worse at the same time is unacceptable game programming, and in that sense is a type of cheat coding, yes. Sorry, what are you seeing? I'm not clear what you're saying here. Neither game has predetermined cheat coding is what I was saying. In FIFA, the all-out attack scripting it's just more pronounced and obvious.
