Export the teams you want and when importing just be very careful when applying line-up data so you don't overwrite important players. Overwrite unregistered slots as much as you can if it requires you to replace existing players. It should go okay though for the most part.

Yeah when you downlaod my full file put update 5 into it and then put the PS3 folder I made onto your USB. So copy my PS3 folder with the sub folder in it do not create your own one and put everything in that. Credit to Spectrum for solving that problem when he endured it this solution was his.
