I have noticed improvement since the last patch too. I think the biggest cheating issue now is that in the tournaments, with people wasting time. I still do not understand it properly though, as I do not enter competitions.

I think its safe to assume that there are more victims than cheaters. So they either lose many many victims or a handful of cheaters as customers. There is only one answer to that. edit: ah i wish life were that simple.. maybe you are right.
