Erm yeah somthing like that, get a programme that can edit .xml and you can edit alot of the things on FM

It's easier to D/L them so you can open them stright into your FM, well basically for example on General everything except GK is set to intensive with a few minor adjustments and the overall is set to very light, this constantly improves the players without tireing them out, pfft! ;)

Well in my traning all the arrows are on full up green, and stat's have increased by as much as 5 for some players. I posted the traning in the FM thread for D/L so go look ther ;)
