Yeh it's not a classic team it's under :- EXTRA CONTENT>MODE EXPANSION KIT>MASTER LEAGUE 3. It should say "Start the game using club team lineups" on the right And i think it's 600 points not 100 so my bad for that mistake.

Defending does have a lot of luck to it, you have to hold up play at times just to stop the attackers running though you, but this doesn't help too much in getting the ball back it just slows them down. You have to tackle at some point...sometimes you get it right and win the ball back...
