I got them problems the other day mate. I had to uninstall it and then reinstall it again, bit of a pain in the arse but it worked. Maybe guve that a try mate . Hope it help's

How are u goin on mate, cracked it yet. Also I forgot to add in the guide when you are converting your clip(s) from Ulead with Xilisoft to MPEG-1, u can also convert them to DivX format to make them a lot smaller so it is easier for u to upload.
