Owen, when I pick England/Newcastle, does some damage with his running, a threw ball for him and its nearly almost a goal. But the best overall player in the game, would probably be Johan Cruyff, he can do it all basically.

I just thought that the ML not being in the PSP version was maybe left it out to make the game more compact. They have made the Football Manager alot more compact to fit the PSP set up, aswell.

Aye Ive updateds my Magnum a bit too, not finished yet I dont think... But buy the Street Sweeper, kills from distance in one shot, dependant on the clearness of the shot. Twice/three times as strong as a Magnum.
