Resting when you don't need to can get you dropped for the next match. You will get rested automatically if your fatigue gets too high.

I'm guessing this DLC will be changing the 9 fake teams (Alashergokh, Punoichongaux, etc) to real teams. According to Wikipedia the 9 fake teams are "temporarily unlicensed teams".
