got no connection indicator, and i am in no division

i have 2 issues, i dunno if u guys can help?
i usually have a green connection, but after the last update from konami, my connection indicator is just black & hollow, theres no color and it doesnt say anything like this in the manual, tho wen i asked people i play online wit they tell me my color is green on their end.
secondly, i average 520 - 540 for more than a 2weeks now and i still am in "no division", is there any reason y i am not put in any division?
