Hi Decoupe, I'm still running on the original BOE file (1st fix not installed either) before DP2 and the transfer up date. What should I do to fix my copy? Delete my OF and install the konami updates before reinstalling BOE v2??

Well that's poor from Konami - it's clearly not working correctly, the AI is set to not tackle in the area and the refs are too lenient when the fouls do happen.

Having played well over 50 15min games I'm yet to receive 1 single penalty - can someone either confirm they exist in game, if not are Konami aware of the bug?
