Minor tweaks? Are you mad? WE6FE plays vastly different to PES2.

No - you have the player name, and the shirt name. You can't change one and have it automatically update the other - you have to change both. Importing the WE6:FE option file, for example, will make "Nedved" appear as the player's name, however, "Netver" or something, appears on his shirt.
