So I just got this game today, so I could get used to PES from FIFA.
I'm really enjoying it, although it's really hard with keyboard.
I have two questions.

1. Will any gamepad do, or should I get a 360 wired controller?

2. Am I blind, or is there no Chelsea FC, and many missing EPL teams in 2009?

-thanks.

good choice, friend pes rules!

ok so, 1 yeah most gamepads would work, just make sure u get one with atleast one analogue, d-pads suck ass imo
and 2 yep you are indeed blind. the only two licensed prem teams are liverpool and man united, but all the others are there and u can edit the names/kits/badges/etc but if your playing on pc u might just wanna find a patch for it

1. Any gamepads will do fine. I'm currently using a Saitek Cyborg Gamepad, which basically looks and feels like an Xbox controller and I like that. Before I bought that I had a Saitek P380 which basically looks and feels like a Playstation controller and I could definitly play with that too.

They're easy to use, most of them, so get one that feels good in your hands really.

2. In my opinion, head over to www.gamingaccess.com and see if you can find their Gamingaccess Community Patch for PES09.

It;
-adds all the correct kits (in GDB form, not just Option File form)
-makes the names show as they normally would (Smith, as opposed to SMITH)
-Adds the Bundesliga(german league) to the game
-Does some other cosmetic changes to the game.

I've been using it ever since I heard of it.
