1:1 backup of Pro evo 4 for PC

Is it possible to make a backup of pes4 for pc without having to use emulation or twinpeak???

Ohhh....i did not understand you at first because ive never had an original game i think..
Theyre expensive and hard to come by here in this godforsaken ex-Oasis.
What is the use of backing up though...?

I have made a working copy of my Pes4 DVD

- Create an ISO of the DVD with DVD decryptor (or maybe ISObuster?)
- Burn the image (ISO) with Nero or other CD/DVDburn software.

i have just got PES4 for my PC but i dont know how to install it....it says its installing and there is a blue bar at the bottom and it takes about 30mins for it to get near the end..but once it gets to the end it seems to freeze and this has happened twice today and once last night...any reason..????
help is really appreciated..

Its sounds like its either your cd-rom drive(maybe dirty..) or most probably could be that the cd itself is dirty or scratched..? does it always freeze at the same exact place?
