I feel age is finally catching up with me, very few games ever keep my interests these days.

All the hype behind games doesn't help, I'd like to say I can't wait for MGS but it could just be another let down.

Your FPS experience consists of spawn, run, die... spawn, run, die... spawn…. Once I stopped play CoD and went back to it this sentence pretty much summed it up for me.

You've pre-ordered GTA IV but don't mind if it doesn't turn up on launch day. I didn't feel the need to pre order it.

I think Xbox achievements keep me interested in games a lot more than they would if they weren't there.

One of the reasons I got another week's intensive play out of Assassin's Creed.

I'd suggest getting the GTA guide, i have it and it shows on the map the location of the pigeons, and then on the next page the street they are on and where to find them. I have 134/200 pigeons, only took me 30mins to do them

and while i'm here, does anyone know about the DLC for GTAIV. when it's out or if it will cost money or gamer points.

No - there's two endings depending on whether you choose revenge against Dmitri, or to do the deal with him.
