has anybody had a penalty on the new demo???
seriously what is with them....from the side for starters is just a stupid idea then make it so its impossible to hit the target anywhere other than the middle???:realmad:

yeah the side view is just stupid but apparently the actual method for taking them is quite intuitive. ive only had two and it was before i knew how to take them. intuitive or not they are let down by the view but shootouts should be more interesting and user determined.

I was so pleased when i heard they was changing to pressure sensative 4 penos, then they fuck it up with that stupid angle.

I just hate the way they kick the ball in pro evo penalties. The animations are poor, a powerful penalty should have a nice new animation where they put their foot through the ball, a-la lampard! Side footing should also have a new one. All they seem to do is punt it while leaning back....

Yeah totally agree they are rubbish. I read though that penalty shootouts will will revert back to normal view.

PK's are not good.
A button for hard shot, a button for a soft shot and a button for a lob shot (alo Totti / Pineda ) would be good.

It doesn't work though (at least in the WE demo). I had my first ever penalty yesterday in my very first WE match. I tried the above mentioned method - and my shot ended up straight in the middle of the goal right under the crossbar...

What if you don't push the analog stick all the way to the top right corner (as an example) - will it then end up not going past the goal?
