Yeah... I hate the new ML, I don't have the patience for BAL and Cupsq Leagues. So I Play friendlies.

I might have a solution.

If you go into Edit Mode and go to the team/s that you want to edit, it gives you a option to change their line up, formation etc, and then before you exit Edit Mode save it then press B to exit.

Just a idea.

Haven't tried it myself cba because I just do ML and BAL.

I figured it out!!!

The problem was:

When I tried to edit the gmae plan through "edit data", I set the assisted settings to "chose players by ability" and "chose formation 4-1-2-1-2", and everytime I played a friendly match, it chose my formation and line up according to my assisted settings- by ability!

So now I went to the edit data menu and un-selected the assisted settings- and now it works just fine!
