40m+ Eye-candy!

Just to let you know, I've scored 3 40m+ goals in about 6 or so games!

That goal probably is the best of the lot actually. It wasn't a lob either; more a 45m top-right corner blast!

The ones I'm talking about are all "open-play" goals though.
My longest range fk is only 35m with Becks

Just keep plugging-away!
1) Give away a corner to the opposition
2) Win back possession inside your half
3) Get it to someone with good shot stats, esp "acc" & "tech", on side of pitch that matches their strongest foot.
4) The only time your attacking player with the ball should step into the opponents half, during the counter-attack, is just as he's about to shoot.
5) Shoot from just inside their half (preferably from the wing) on around 3/4 power, with :square:
6) Don't forget to save!

Becks takes my fks when playing England or my edited Euro-Elite teams.

i find it hard to score from, a kick off, has anybody got any tips for me, how to do it.

That's gonna be difficult against the comp, 'coz the keeper is so near his line at kick-off, and doesn't edge far forward once you're in his half. The best I've done from halfway at KO is either hit the top-netting, or make the keeper tip the shot over.

Once, only once, I use the player I passed to straight after the kickoff....

...ran and ran, dribbled, sidestepped, shimmied, burst past every player and slot it under the keeper.
