Right, well Sweey wanted a guide on how to put up bets and since he can't make it on MSN, I think the best way would be for me to post a guide so he and any other future Admins/Mods can use it.
To start with you need to decide which game you want to put up and what kind of bet. I usually go for the Win/Draw/Win but you can go for most types of bets apart from the "Scorecast" ones likes "1-0 and Drogba to score First" because there are far too many options. Also with the bets like "First Goalscorer" you must also take into consideration what you will do if there is an own goal. Do you return the money or just keep it all?
Get your odds from a reputable bookmaker such as William Hills, Ladbrokes or Paddy Power. When you go to their site ensure you are using fraction odds. By that make sure the odds are like 1/2, 11/5, 3/1, 11/4 and not 1.00, 2.45, 3.10.
Anyway, once you have the match you want and the bet, put the teams playing in the match with square brackets describing the competition. What you use for the brackets isn't really important, as long as it describes the competition. Just now I use:
[EPL] - English Premier Leaugue
[SPL] - Scottish Premiership
[CCC] - CocaCola Championship
[SA] - Serie A
[LL] - La Liga
[DE] - Dutch Eredivisie
[GBL] - German BundesLiga
[FA] - FA Cup
[CC] - Carling Cup
[WCQ] - World Cup Qualifier
[ECQ] - European Championships Qualifier
[IF] - International Friendly
As I said, if you are putting up a bet for a different tournament, use whichever prefix you like.
So for example:
[EPL] Watford vs Sheffield Utd
Then in the thread description bit, just say what bet it is. For the normal bets I just write "Win/Draw/Win" and if the game could go to extra time then also mention "90 minutes only" (unless you are putting up a bet which involves extra time obviously).
Then to make the thread a bookie thread, tick the box that says "Post a PESGaming Bookie Event". Its usually under the option to add a poll.
Then in the "Event Group" just put what competition the game is in, for example "Premiership" or "La Liga".
In the "Event Title" just put the name of the match, so "Watford vs Sheffield Utd" for a Win/Draw/Win bet. If it is a specialised bet just add that on e.g. "Watford vs Sheffield Utd: First Goalscorer" or "Man Utd v Chelsea: Handicap".
For Win/Draw/Win bets you will need three options so you just select that in the next box and update number of options. Obviously if you have another type of bet you just put the number of options you need.
Then just fill in the odds from Ladbrokes into your bookie form:
Now the bet won't count unless you have the correct "Accept bets until time" This is the start time is usually listed beside the event for example:
If the event starts at 7.45pm, you can only set the time in half hour intervals so go earlier to 7.30pm.
Tick the Box that says "Same as 'Accept Bets Until' date"
(Ignore the bit below about setting a date)
Tick the Box that says "Allow multiple bets on this Event"
Click "Submit New Event" and you are done.

If you put up the best and realise you have got the odds or date wrong then you can edit the bet by clicking on:
___________________________________________________________
To settle a bet normally:
Now to settle the bet. Just tick the box with the winning option and click "Settle Bet". If it is a bet which has more than one winner then you just tick the options that win and click "Settle Bets"
To Abandon an event (Giving people their points back):
Click "Abandon PESGaming Bookie Event":
To Settle Event with no winners (Taking users points):

Now I know that seems like a lot but after you get used to it, it only takes about 2 minutes to put up a bet. So get practising.
