first off im new to this board i dont really go on boards but thought id join here ive had all the pes games for ps1 ps2 just bought a ps3

i had been hearing all the hype about fifa 09 and how good it was i played it for a night and decided i would return it to the shop it just wasnt my cup of tea altough it was a big improvement on all the prior fifas and ive played them all up to 2006 from fifa 94 international on the mega drive

on to the new pes it took me a while to adjust as i played i wondered and was thinking im not sure about this at all it took me a while to get into i felt it was shit at first but it isnt it just takes time to adjust from ps2 to the next gen consoles im starting to get into it now but ive noticed theres somethings that i dont like

for instance for years i wanted pes to get the proper ball movem, ent in finishing and shooting the ball just didnt curl properly it was so much better last year on the ps2 looked a big improvement that way this year on the ps3 i am not so sure maybe i just dont know how to do it right

no doubt the game is hands down better than fifa but its not as far ahead as it once was but i think once i get more used to the game il like it even more

lots of things are so much improved tho passing ect

it is a great game

does anyone else think that the finishing could be improved ?

On your question, yes and no.

It can be improved further more, but I think this year, shooting is a little better than those of last years... R2 shooting is also more relevant now.
