A little help needed regarding Version 1.40.

Hey guys, I'd be glad If I could get some help.

I downloaded the 1.40 patch for PES2009 on my PC.

But there's a slight problem I can't seem to solve.

When I run the update file it replaces the .exe file with a new patched version 1.40 file.
But I have to copy the crack file in order to run the game.

Once I copy the crack, the update vanishes and the version is back to the normal 1.00.

I'd be glad if there could be some help over how to revert to 1.40 from 1.00 using the crack file.

Crack file?

If the original game came with a crack then I’m way behind in PC gaming.

Since I believe the original does not have a crack file, then I would recommend that you buy the original version and your problem might be solved.

Sadly, where I live, the original version to find is equal to impossible.
So we have to rely on Crack Files.
The normal .exe file is something like 20+ mb but the crack file which runs the game is 46 mb. That's only what's available here. :/
And the game does not work without the crack file.

There is a crack for the 1.4 version. I'm not sure if it's against the rules here so I'll refrain from posting links, but I'm positive you can find it.
