A New Sign found on WE7

I have played WE7 10 times now and I stumbled on two occasions
a funny image being displayed on the screen during the game. It is shaped like a yellow card with a dark shadow of a person. I am not sure what it is. It flashes very briefly something like 5 sec and then you will not see it anymore.
Initially I thought it was like some kind of zoom stuff where by pressing a button, it will zoom right to where the action is especially when the winger is about to beat a defender. The kind currently found in ISS3. On my second occasions I tried some buttonsn randomly but nothing happened.

Does anyone one knows what this sign represents.

Yeah, I'm also curious about that symbol..you only get that for example when you foul a player and ref' doesn't whistle..it could be like a warning sign..or something..

Perhaps the symbol is an indication that the ref has decided to let the foul go. HOpe that is not the case as it can be a distraction.
