A PES4 AND FIFA 2005 Review

This is fucking hilarious. People booting Fifa in the arse. And they haven't even played it, yet. Or they never will.

I've played it on a demo...i hated it! Saying that it could change by release date. But i still hated it!

If many Fifa fans behaved in this way during the mid 90's, we wouldn't be talking about PES4, now.
Not saying that Fifa 2005 is the new PES, just saying be open minded. Yes it's commercial, but with all that cash, they can keep improving to a PES4 state.

Yeah u played it and gave a good un-biased review, its these people who say fifa is crap that haven't played it i think he meant, but i agree about pes4 not looking all that good, i thought pes2's graphics where best in terms of smoothness, i think he just meant pes4 doesn't look as good as fifa which is why pes got a low score.

i think for the first time alot of people are giving fifa credit on this forum which is nice to see pes4 is the better game of course but fifa is a good football sim too.

btw...anyone know the answer to my online query in my last post?

i think it will basically come down to which style you like most, fifa or pro all this review says it their aren't goin to be that many converts from pro to fifa or vice versa

hehe sorry mate Like I said its a fun game, I didn't turn it off straight away like people saying they would, I played quite a few games. Kinda enjoyed it but the shooting was a big let down for me and so were the set-pieces. There's plenty of teams though and plenty of different leagues.

I have to admit it to you guys, the player faces on FIFA are crap!, except a few. I have seen videos and when playing the game, they all look the same, and bald! Here is the review I scanned from GamesMaster!

Yes ash they do look bald honestly! They've basically just painted their hair on the players heads, so it looks like their bald. Rooney looks really crap, he's got a tiny head. There's a few that look good (Becks for one) but most i've seen don't look as good as they do on PES4.

yes dannyboy it was like tht in fifa 2004, there wer about 20 players who looked like there real life selfs and then the rest wer just the same face

but on pro ev 4, the graphics r amazin! the hair looks so realistic u can even see their hair shine slightly if its gelled

the only faces that are crap are the lower leagues a they all have the same face, the world class/well-known players excellent faces

I'm quite offended by this review. It's a load of bollocks, I will give FIFA a chance but PES graphics are sooo much better than Fifa........... There's no point in going into this as I have commented countlessly in other threads about this. It's a stupid debate. I will give Fifa a chance as I always do, and PES will win, as it always does.
