Ability to edit the manager faces and attributes!!

I'm sure this point has been brought up before but seeing yourself running round the touchline during game barking out orders or seeing Capello,Ancelotti, Ferguson and Wenger on the touchline is quite realistic.
I believe that we should also have the ability to choose the manager's attire, e.g what suit or waistcoat he wears which will also add authenticity.
The manager should also have specific attributes assigned to them as this would add authenticity to the master league as the managers act like their real life counterparts.
So having stats like;
-Tactical Style
-Frequency of Substitutions
-Ability to spot good youth players
-Transfer policy
-Discipline (e.g if a player has handed in a transfer request, or has expressed a desire to move, or criticised the team what is the managers policy on this) (BTW I know these arent implemented into the game yet)
ETC ETC.......

Yep, I agree with this idea as a nice-to-have. I also raised it in one of the topics here on this forum. For face scans, you could potentially reuse the BAL picture, so that you don't have to look at the same grey old guy all the time..

yeah, awesome idea, managers are such an important part of football and are now often as a big stars as players.
