In theory they obviously shouldn't because they aren't in the CL this year, but I wonder if Konami push for them to be simply because they are AC?

why would they not be? the only leagues to suffer from licensing problems are english & spanish.

all elements, despite how it sounds, does not include the clubs kits & logos.
