Adding A Kit Into An Existing OP File

Hi,

I have downloaded and installed the latest von option file, however want to add in the Nottingham Forest Kit from another option file to use for my master league team.

I have tried putting it onto my USB stick and copying it across but it doesnt seem to recognise it or it says corrupted data?!?!

Im a little lost as to what im doing wrong, can anyone help?
