Adding chants and putting myself in the game???

Hope someone can shed some light for me.

How do i know which .adx file is what chant in PES5? I open up the 0_Sound file and all the files are listed as unknow_00000.adx etc...
I am using Dkz studio for that??? I want to insert some Man Utd chants.

Secondly and I don't know if this can be done, I would really like to put myself in the game, i have seen the editing some people do of faces and they use real pictures to create better players faces. If i provided the picture is there anyone who could edit an unknown player in the game change the face to mine? I could then edit the name etc and transfer etc????
