im still pretty new here and i was just wondering wat is the best option file for pes4. all i would need is all the kits and transfers updated along with real player names... please help

how do i transfer the option from the memory card to the harddrive of the xbox. also do i need a modded xbox?i use action replay to put it into my memory card but when i try to copy it into the harddrive it won't work.
