Many congratulations to Osman Idris and Mazin Idris, two brothers who went all the way to play each other in the grand finals of the uk national pesleague for PES4 where the older brother Oz beat Maz 3-2 with a last minute goal.

Both now go on to represent the UK in the PES4 European Championships where the best players in Europe will be battling it out - well, the best players who could be bothered to take part in their respective national leagues. The pesleague has been going on for a couple of years now so if you think you are one of the best, then you should be taking part too.

www.pesleague.co.uk for the uk
and
www.pesleague.com for europe.

I know most of you think you could beat these guys and I wish you have the chance to play them. Almost every time, they will bash us all up :D (just don't bet any money on the game or you will be losing it ;)
They may be at the next Gamestars event or any other gaming event which features PES5. If you see them, bow down in respect!

From the scorelines, seems like everyone is more attacked focused than defense focused, in contrast with the Premiership. Guess konami should improve on the defensive part of the game next time....

Seems like whoever attacks better will win.

Defence is much much improved in PES5. I'm sure the scorelines will be vastly different next year ;)

Hopefully I'll be in there too :)

Goodstuff. What do you think Osmans chance would be in the European games...?
Last year for PES3, he went all the way to the european final and conceded a goal right at the end of the match after a mis-placed pass. I'm sure he's gunning for revenge. I would not be surprised if he gets to play his brother again in the european final. Playing those 3 (their 3rd brother is amazing too!) is very difficult. It becomes less playing of a football game and more of a video game.

And yes that's me in the pic. Cheers.

Btw - what's the criterias for a country to join PESLeague?

I can see Sweden is there but not Denmark :(

Who can I contact to try and convince them that Danes also play a lot of PES?

I think it's up to Konami. You should get people to email them asking for them to create a pesleague in your country and hope that they'll consider it. Good luck.

Prizes in this country vary quite a lot between getting money, a free xbox (last year), t-shirts, watches, Virgin store vouchers.
