has anyone looked at jonathan woodgate in the game? i havent... but hes great in real life so he might be worth a look at now rio cant play :p

no doubt he will be underrated though.

Woodgate is an idea... but when I need to lock it down, and protect the lead. I like to use...

Owen Hargreaves, you have plenty of other midfield options in england and Hargreaves used to play RB for bayern munich, he is more than capable.

Woodgate is NOT great in real life. He plays fairly averagely and the game reflects this.
I'd say he's around Jamie Carraghers level to be honest but he certainly isn't great

since he has joined newcastle hes been getting loads of injuries and he had his fair share in his leeds days too, but when hes injury free hes amazing.

on many occasions he overshadowed ferdinand when he was at leeds, although rio was outstanding as well.

ask any leeds fan who their biggest loss was and 90% would say woodgate.

i'm not convinced. His international performances have been poor and from what I've seen of him on Tyneside he's not doing a good job there either

i agree about his performances for newcastle, but he has the ability he will be back :D
